Director of Best Buy Co. Inc., and infoUSA, Inc.; Trustee of University of Minnesota
Foundation and Minneapolis Institute of Art. Mr. Kaplan is also involved in numerous other charitable
events and civic organizations. Married to Eloise with 5 children and 9 grandchildren.

in Naples since 1989 and was President of the "second" Bank of Naples from 1991
until its sale in 1999. He is involved with numerous civic and charitable organizations
including the Naples Chamber, Collier Building Association, EDC, YMCA, Collier County
Affordable Housing Commission, and the Optimist Club |

Born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Moved to Naples in 1989 with wife Sharon.
Graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Management Information
Systems and Marketing. Now active in real estate, leasing, development, and investment
markets in Naples. Instrument rated commercial pilot, licensed USGC captain and
Certified Dive Master. Also involved in many community and civic organizations in
Naples.

John M. Morrison is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and owner of Central Bank
Group, Inc. Over the past 25 years, he has purchased approximately 50 banks. Mr.
Morrison attended the University of Minnesota and LaSalle University where he received
degrees in business and law. He is a member the Executive Committee of the Board
of Trustees of the University of St. Thomas. He is also a member of the Board of
Governors and Governance Committee of the University of St. Thomas School of Law
and a member of the St. Thomas Board of Governors of the School of Business. He
serves as a board member on numerous civic, charitable, and educational organizations.
Mr. Morrison and his wife, Susan, have four adult children and 11 grandchildren.

Retired Chairman of Waldorf Corp. (a recycled paper board and purchasing company),
1953 graduate of the University of Minnesota (B.A.), Trustee of the University
of St. Thomas (St. Paul MN), and several foundations. Locally active with Habitat
for Humanity and the Philharmonic Center for the Arts. Married with three grown
children and five grandchildren.

Fargo Corporation, retired as Executive Vice President. Most of time focused on
expanding Norwest's community banking franchise. Resident of Naples since 1996.
A mentor for Naples based Quest for Kids and founder of the Collier Dollars for
Scholars, a scholarship granting organizations.

Worked at Midwest Title Guarantee Company of Florida, located in Naples and Bonita
Springs, Florida, for 20 years, the last 10 years as President and CEO. Born in
St. Paul, Minnesota, and moved to Naples, Florida, with his family in 1973. Obtained
law degree from the University of Florida College of Law with High Honors. Lives
in Naples with his wife and three children. Actively involved as a director and
officer for many years with Naples Equestrian Challenge, a non-profit organization
serving disabled children. |
