- By Mail - Complete the change of address information on the back of your account statement and mail according to the instructions. Or just mail us a letter of instruction to;

- In Person – Change your address in person at your local branch
- Online – Sign in to Online Banking and fill out the change of address information. Send it to us electronically.
How do I complete a wire transfer?
Our wire instructions for incoming wire transfers are as follows; Bank of Naples, Naples, Florida, routing number 067015012. Bank of Naples is online with the Federal Reserve Bank.
An outgoing wire transfer can be completed at one of our convenient locations. Outgoing wire transfer request, must be submitted before 3:00 pm for international wires and 3:30 pm for domestic wires.
How do I acquire a copy of a processed check?
View up to 90 days of check images through BankofNaples.com Online Banking.
You can print these images including the front and back of your check in full size.
These may be used for legal purposes.

How do I acquire a copy of a statement?
View up to 5 years of statements online through BankofNaples.com or visit one of our two locations or call Bank of Naples at (239) 430-2500 or (239) 498-7264.
How do I acquire a copy of an online statement?
An online statement is an electronic copy of your monthly account statement that can be viewed through Bank of Naples Online. You can also print and save your statement.
You can help save the environment by choosing to receive E-Statements only. With this option you'll receive an email notice once your statement is ready to view. Then just logon to Bank of Naples online to view, save or print the statement.
For legal purposes, a printed version of an online statement is the same as a paper statement mailed through the U.S. Mail.
Online Statement Advantage:
- Online statements are secure.
- Online statements reduce the risk of identity theft and fraud by eliminating paper copies sent through the U.S. Mail.
- E-statements save trees and reduce environmental pollution.
Convenience:
- Online statements are available for viewing within hours after they are produced, much faster than waiting for your paper statements in the mail.
- Let us store your statements for you and save valuable space. Statements can be viewed for five years.
How will I know when my statement is available online?
Statement alerts will be sent to your registered email address once your statement is available online.
How do I find check images?
Check images will be available with your online statement. You can view 90 days of check images through Bank of Naples Online, including the front and back of your check in full size. You can also print these images.
How do I stop payment on a check?
There are three ways to stop payment on an uncleared check written on a personal checking account:
- You may stop payment of a check from a personal checking account by logging onto our online banking at BankofNaples.com.
- Simply call us at (239) 430-2500 or (239) 498-7264.
- Stop by one of our convenient locations.
How do I order new checks?
You can order checks at BankofNaples.com or by calling us or stopping by one of our locations. To order checks online click the reorder checks button at the top fo the page. Enter our routing number 067015012, and your account number. Then click login to order.
How do I report a lost or stolen debit card?
If your debit card has been lost or stolen please give us a call weekdays at (239) 430-2500 or (239) 498-7264. If after business hours or on weekends please call the lost or stolen card hotline at (800) 500-1044.
How do I make a loan payment?
For new loans, payoff information, change of address or general information please stop in or give us a call at (239) 430-2500. Please mail loan payments to:

How do I reduce pre approval offers from other banks?
You may request that consumer reporting agencies not provide information about you to such companies by calling the national "Opt Out Request Line" at (888) 567-8688.

How do I make a deposit after business hours?
Make a deposit any time at our 24-Hour night drop deposit facility. Night Depositories are available at both our branch locations. The Naples office depository is located on the West side of the building. The Bonita Office depository is located in the drive thru lane. Deposits can also be made through a Bank of Naples ATM.

How do I earn points with my Bank of Naples Debit Card?
You can earn reward points on your debit card with a signature based transaction. Just press credit when using your debit card for every day purchases. Some point of sale terminals require you to press cancel then credit.
How do I know an ATM will accept my debit card?

Does the Bank of Naples participate in the Transaction Account Guarantee Program?
Bank of Naples is participating in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2010, all non interest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.
